Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 11 meeting were reviewed.  Mike LaBonte noted an error, an
AR with only his name. It was supposed to be for drafting a new QUAIL.  Randy Wolff
moved to approve with corrections as noted.  Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the
minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Bob Ross to review the BIRD181.2 draft
  - Mike LaBonte said this AR should have been dropped, as we now had a regular
    BIRD181.2 agenda item.
- Bob Ross to send Table 1 proposal for BIRD181.2 draft to Mike LaBonte
  - Done
- Mike LaBonte post proposal from Bob Ross and BIRD181.2_draft2.docx to Quality archive
  - Done
- Randy Wolff to conduct email Open Forum ballot to accept ibischk7.0.2 software.
  - Email sent, vote concludes

IBIS Quality Specification:
Mike LaBonte said while copying QUAIL #2 to use as a template, he noticed that QUAIL #2
was about exactly the same issue.  It had been reported by Eckhard Lenski in 2011. No
new QUAIL would be written.

BIRD181.2:
No new discussion.


New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Randy Wolff said a vote would be held Friday. If approved payment would be made
immediately.  Mike LaBonte suggested changing the "NEW" banner on the IBIS home page
to explicitly announce the version ibischk7.0.2, so users could evaluate whether or
not they had the latest.  Bob Ross said the user guide still needed to be updated.
